u10s Tigers v Shelley A

A pretty one-sided game at Shelley this morning. That's not to say the football wasn't good though. We had a solid look to our team with Daniel, Theo and Josh Mets in defence with Toby drafted in as goalie. Joseph was the battler in midfield, being supported by Georgio. Constant threats on goal gave Alfie the oppotunity to score a first half brace...and there could have been more! Joseph also slotted home a nice, neat goal.
In the 2nd half, again, this was goal-threat after goal-threat, but this time it was Josh B with 4 well taken 'fox in the box'-type goals. We also had a penalty saved from a Daniel strike, and could easily have scored 2 or 3 more. Toby was barely called upon in goal either.
In all, another good effort from the Tigers!! Well played to everyone!
